Bean

This bean is a light to medium roast, filled with rich chocolate flavours. The higher growth elevation also brings out that dark flavour that makes for a special cup in the morning, afternoon, or evening. This single-origin is a combination of various specialty bean varieties, including natural Pacamara and washed Bourbon. 

Region

Due to the unique growing environment and an excellent relationship with the small farm cooperative, the phrase “it takes a village” truly describes what makes our Salvadorean roast unique. We work with the farm cooperative to maintain a direct trade with the community.
